We want Mahdlo be part of the DNA of the town, for every business to get involved and everyone to play their part. It means that not only do you get the opportunity to give something back to the community – your staff could also volunteer to become mentors or coaches. This training and motivation can really inspire individuals whilst teaching them skills that they can then bring back to the workplace.
