DESCRIPTION:The Mahdlo Christmas Fair is back for 2022\nFor one day only\, the doors to Mahdlo don’t lead to a world of opportunity…they lead directly to Santa’s workshop! \nJoin the army of elves working hard to craft a Christmas miracle for yet another year\, and create decorations\, hampers and presents for you and your family. \nThis year we know Christmas is going to be tough for many families\, so why not come along for a few hours and take the pressure off by creating your own Christmas box – completely for free – at Mahdlo Youth Zone. \nOur elves (who wear yellow\, obviously…) will be working with some of our senior members to create gifts for you to take home\, and we’ll have lots of different stalls open throughout the day where you can create your own too. It really is a day to craft your own Christmas.

Oh\, and games and a bouncy castle! \nWe’ll still have basketball\, and football outside if the weather is ok (fingers crossed for snow though yeah?!) and all the arts and music we have normally in session. \nSee you there!

DESCRIPTION:After a spooktacular October half-term we’re ready to open for another school holiday\, and this time….IT’S CHRISTMAAAAAAAAAS!\nThere’s no time for resting grinch face\, yule be sorry if you miss out on a place this time!\nThanks to support from Oldham Council’s Holiday Activities and Food programme we’re able to offer more places than ever before to young people who receive free school meals.\nTo book places for Christmas Holiday Zone please call reception on 0161 624 0111 or visit Mahdlo when we’re open and we’ll get you booked in. There is no online booking available for this holiday. \n\nHoliday Zone takes place Monday to Friday\, 8.30am – 3.30pm. \nWe want Holiday Zone to be as affordable as possible\, so we’ve locked our prices again! Each day is just £13 per young person and includes a light breakfast and hot lunch\, as well as access to every activity throughout the day. For an extra 50p\, why not extend your booking until 5pm with Holiday Zone Extra? \nWhether your child likes to draw and paint in the art area\, play football or dodgeball\, or spend time crafting gifts to take home\, we’ve got different daily activities available. \nWe’ve also got a gaming area with games consoles\, table football and the ever-popular pool! \nHoliday Zone is open to Mahdlo members aged 8 to 14 years. Membership forms can be completed at reception. If you would like to enquire about your membership status\, please contact reception on 0161 624 0111. \nYour child will be looked after by our team of qualified and trained\, DBS checked\, youth workers\, activity workers and volunteers. To ensure the health and safety of your child whilst at Holiday Zone\, advance booking is required. \nPlease note that all young people attending Mahdlo are expected to adhere to our members Code of Conduct\, and young people must not attend if they have tested positive for Coronavirus.
