2 x Sports Activity Worker (female applicants only)

Post 1: 18.5 hrs/week at £7.97 per hour (job ref: FSAW1-0818)

Post 2: 15.5 hrs/week at £7.97 per hour (job ref: FSAW2-0818)

We are looking to recruit two female Sports Activity Workers to join our successful sports team. You will deliver a range of exciting activity programmes that will challenge, stimulate and provide new opportunities, in line with Mahdlo’s Get Active (Sports) key theme.

The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering a wide range of sports activity sessions. You will be able to work with young people aged 8-19 years (25 with a disability) both in groups and individually. You will also have a commitment to personal and professional development.

You must be committed to working within the spirit of Mahdlo’s core values – Pride, Respect, Inclusion, Dependability and Excellence – which describe the way we work.

Volunteer Mentor

Make a difference in a young person’s life – become a Mahdlo Mentor! Mahdlo’s Mentoring scheme is designed to offer one-to-one support to young people aged 8-21.

Mentors are volunteers who come from all walks of life and can give up to two hours a week to offer support, guidance and assistance to a young person.
