We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came to our ‘Love Oldham, Love Mahdlo‘ family event last night, and a very special thanks to all the people who faced the fire and took the Firewalk challenge to raise money for Mahdlo!
We had over 700 people attend the event, taking part in activities throughout the centre, and the efforts of our firewalkers, enterprise team and fundraising volunteers has raised over £6000 so far which is an amazing achievement.
Everyone who took part in the Firewalk got a t-shirt and certificate – our t-shirt design was by Nathan Macleod, 14, one of our Senior Zone members who won a logo competition; well done Nathan!
