On the 18th of September 2016, Mahdlo headed to the Oldham Carnival. With the sun shining and the atmosphere thriving, families all around Oldham spent the day enjoying themselves with the many activities we had set up, ranging from arts and craft, assault courses, sport activities and meeting our very own giant puppet ‘Davina’.
Families were delighted with all the activities on offer. These are a few comments we got from parents and the young people:
“Fantastic time! Loved the gymnastics course and craft area, great idea. Kids were occupied for ages. Thank you!”
“It’s been a brilliant day with so much to do at the Mahdlo stall. We have been here most of the day and had so much fun”
It was a great day and all our staff loved meeting the residents of Oldham. We can’t wait for next year to do it all again!
