We are now taking bookings for February half-term Holiday Club!
Book Monday to Thursday and we’ll automatically book you in on Friday for free!
Head to the link below, book for four days and give us a call on 0161 624 0111 to claim your fifth day for free! Sessions run Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, with breakfast, a hot lunch and all activities included for just £17 per day.

From sports to arts, music to cooking, there is something fun for everyone to enjoy! Holiday Club is open to Mahdlo members aged 8 to 14 years, who have paid their £5 membership fee in full. Membership can be completed online or at reception. If you would like to enquire about your membership status, please contact reception on 0161 624 0111. Holiday Club Extra is 50p and needs to be booked as an addition to Holiday Club as it is not a standalone session.
Your child will be looked after by our team of qualified and trained, DBS checked, youth workers, activity workers and volunteers. To ensure the health and safety of your child whilst at Holiday Club, advance booking is required.
Please note that all young people attending Mahdlo are expected to adhere to our members’ Code of Conduct.
Frequently asked questions
Absolutely, Holiday Club runs from 8.30am until 3.30pm but you’re welcome to drop off or pick up at any point between these times.
Please note that you must pick up your child on time at the end of their session, if you’re not sure when their session ends please get in touch.
We are unable to offer a discount for any reduced hours.
All meals, unless otherwise stated, are Halal, and there will always be a vegetarian option available.
Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to the session that your child is due to attend, if they have any known food allergies or special dietary requirements, and we will do our utmost to accommodate these.
In the event that we cannot accommodate these, please provide your child with a packed lunch.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that our catering environments are completely free from nuts.
If your child doesn’t like the food options, please provide them with a packed lunch as alternative food choices are unavailable. Unfortunately we are unable to provide any discount to our rates for this.
We will provide water during the day for your child, and for bookings which include meal options, juice will be provided at meal times. Our tuck shop is open at various intervals during Holiday Club, where we have drinks and snacks for sale.
As per our booking terms and conditions, it is not possible to refund cancelled places.
We may be able to move your booking to another date during Holiday Club, or even to a future Holiday Club date. Please speak to reception about your options.
